Sponsored Tweets will give you a recommend price you should charge, but if you want to push the boundaries and have a following in a lucrative niche, you can set your own price and see what happens.
You may run the risk of losing some followers, but if you act intelligently, and write tweets that are directed to your niche you should be ok.
